A dedicated Relationship Manager from our web design team will get in touch with you and guide you with the onboarding process. (Remember, we will never ask you for any confidential details, personal account credentials, bank details, OTP, Credit/Debit Card Pin, CVV, Expiry Date, etc.)

To further secure your communication with our team, we will create an account for you on our customer portal (details of which will be shared in our welcome email). We request you to use only this portal to share any information, files, service requests, support tickets, etc.

If you already have a domain name and hosting plan, you will need to give admin access to our authorized web developer (communicated by your dedicated RM) to build and configure your new website. In case you are in doubt about parting with your credentials get in touch with us through email on support@mediaghar.in to verify and secure your communication.

Once all necessary details are received, we will start work on your brand new website design and keep you updated at regular intervals of the progress.

Once your new website development is completed and you have approved the new design and functionality in-line with the deliverables of your selected package, we will help you make it live and handover your website credentials to you.
