Cancellation of Services
The following refund policy is applicable in the case of creative services, advertising services, digital marketing, subscription services etc.
1. If order is cancelled within 24hrs of payment, and before commencement of work, FULL Refund will be provided. However, if payment was made through online payment gateway, transaction fees and taxes charged by the PG will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. If order is cancelled for a service which is to be delivered within 48hrs of placing the order, no refund will be possible.
3. If order is cancelled after commencement of work (but before delivery), amount of refund will be at our sole discretion based on the resources utilised and/or percentage of work completed. If more than 70% of work is completed, refund may not be possible.
4. No Refund can be claimed after delivery of preview versions of work or release of final work or delivery of a service.
5. No Refund is possible for payments made by us on your behalf for third-party purchases / services / fees like domain & hosting, email provider, bulk SMS provider, royalty or licenses, stock images, stock footages / music, artists fee, actors fee, equipment rental, purchase of ad spots on radio, television or newspaper etc. These will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. As far as possible, we process refunds within 30 days through the same method and channel that was used to make the original transaction.
Returns (physical goods – printed collateral / merchandise etc)
The following refund policy is applicable in the case of physical goods & materials – printed collateral, brochures, pamphlets, banners, standees, custom merchandise etc.
We have a 7 days return policy for physical materials in the case of manufacturing / printing or fabrication defects only.
Changes or corrections in design do not qualify for Returns or exchange. We process Printing or fabrication only after you have approved the soft-copy proof by email or website or through other digital means.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund beyond 30 days of our confirmation, check your bank account again.
In case of credit cards, it may take some time before your refund is reflected in the statement.

Third-party refund policy:
As part of certain campaigns and collaborations, we also sell certain third-party merchandise and pre-designed products on our website. For such products, the Original Manufacturer’s refund policy will be applicable. The same will be indicated in the product description.
To return your product, get in touch with our support team at email@example.com and they will guide you with the appropriate action to be taken. In some cases, return shipping may not be necessary to process a replacement or refund. Otherwise, we will guide you with the appropriate return shipping address depending on the type of product & manufacturer.
